BPR- Train the Trainer Program

NASS' "Train-The-Trainer" program provides clients with the advantage of being able to self deliver the program to other members of the organization and to new recruits, while providing recurrent training sessions. The proposed Train-The-Trainer program and related training kits were composed by NASS’ professional staff, who on top of other capabilities were guided by the Instructional System Design (ISD) and Homeland Security Department principles.

 All trainers will recieve a training kit that will include the following:

• Lesson Plans & Narratives (all lessons)
• Power Point Presentations (all lessons)
• Training Visual Aids (Video Clips, Photos)
• Other Training Aids (Test Forms, Operational Environment Analysis Forms, Travel Documents, etc.)
